The BUILD Grant is piloting innovative tobacco cessation programs targeted to Covington and Gallatin County. About 38% of residents in both communities smoke, more than double the national average. The Regional Alliance is the backbone for a two-year, data-driven grant to change lives by reducing these rates by 2 percentage points. The grant includes a match from St. Elizabeth.

The LIVEWELL health movement is led by community volunteers and coalitions that organize and promote healthy living programs, farmers markets, walking trails, and worksite programs throughout Northern Kentucky. The LIVEWELL Partnership selected the Center for Great Neighborhoods to elevate the movement, with support and programming from St. Elizabeth, Northern Kentucky District Health Department and Three Rivers Health Department.
